Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. By purchasing from Asset Vault, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

Asset Vault sells instant-access digital products (downloadable files such as .md, .pdf, .csv, and .json documents). There is no physical shipment. After successful payment through Stripe, you receive immediate access to download your files.

2. License grant

Every purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the files for your own personal or business purposes. This license is stated inside each product file.

3. What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, share, or publish the raw source files (free or paid).
• Upload the files to public repositories, file-sharing sites, or marketplaces.
• Remove or alter the license notice inside the files.

Violation of these terms terminates your license immediately and may result in legal action.

4. Final sale

Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable once you access the download. See our Refund Policy for the limited exception process for undelivered or corrupted files.

5. No guarantees of results

Our products are educational tools and templates. We do not guarantee any business outcome, income, or result from using them. You are responsible for how you apply the material.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asset Vault's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
